To build an accurate estimate, we’ll need details such as:
- A complete list of items
- Whether any items contain glass or require special care
- Furniture disassembly and/or reassembly needs
- Sofa details (sectionals, sleepers, reclining features, etc.)
- Any unusually large or heavy items (safes, armoires, toolboxes, grandfather clocks, etc.)
- Whether mattress bags or specialty cartons are needed
- Location details (parking access, stairs, elevators, number of floors, walk distances)
- For elevator access, will we be using reserved freight elevator or public elevators?
- Elevator access type (freight or public)
- Any items that need to be removed as junk
- Will you have any items to be removed as junk?
Our services are priced hourly and vary based on the recommended crew size. Your estimate will include:
- Trip fee (calculated based on travel time to and from the service locations)
- Suggested crew size and estimated time range
- Estimated material costs (stretch wrap, specialty cartons, mattress bags, TV boxes, etc.)
