Are you licensed & insured?

Yes. Bullseye Movers is fully licensed and insured to provide local moving services in Georgia. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.

How does insurance and coverage work for my move?

We offer valuation coverage options in accordance with Georgia HHG regulations. Before your move, you’ll select the level of coverage that fits your needs, and we’ll walk you through each option clearly.

Regardless of coverage, our goal is always to handle your belongings with care and resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

What is your booking process?

We start with a consultation to understand your move details, including locations, items, and any special requirements.

After that, you’ll receive a written estimate. Once approved and the deposit is paid, your move is confirmed.

 

Do you provide estimates?

Yes — we provide detailed written estimates based on your move size, crew requirements, and any materials needed.

Can I change or reschedule my move?

Yes, based on availability. Changes made within 7 days of your move may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled move may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Can I add items on moving day?

In most cases, yes. As long as space and time allow, additional items can be included. Keep in mind this may increase the total time and cost.

Why is there a travel fee?

The trip fee covers travel time, fuel, and operational costs to and from your locations.  It is based on distance and logistics.

Do you offer packing services?

Yes — we provide full or partial packing services using professional materials.

Do you move TVs?

Yes. TVs must be properly packed in a TV box. We can provide one for an additional cost, or we can use the original box or a customer-supplied TV box. We can unmount TVs, but do not remount them at the new location.

Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?

Yes — we handle basic disassembly and reassembly as needed for the move. Assembly of new, in-box furniture (such as IKEA items) is not included.

Do you disconnect or reconnect appliances?

No. For safety and liability reasons, appliances must be disconnected before the move and reconnected by a licensed professional.

What happens if something is damaged during the move?

While damage is rare, if something does occur, we work quickly to resolve it in a fair and reasonable manner. Please report any issues within five (5) days of your move.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Zelle, and credit/debit cards (a 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments).

What if I also have junk items for my move?

Depending on the volume of items, we may be able to coordinate junk removal during the same scheduled service. If not, we will arrange a separate Junk Jockey crew to handle the removal for you.

During your consultation, let us know if you have items that need to be discarded, and we will develop a plan that best fits your needs and schedule.
